My 2nd video series is ready! This series uses 3 poses that will help with posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Don’t worry about the fact I don’t state all of these in the title or in my introductory comments – they are all great poses that will definitely help in these 4 areas.
Again, my movie production is raw, my yoga is not perfect, and my body is old. But I believe strongly in the benefits of yoga and look forward to sharing more with you despite all my shortcomings.
