Hello yogis and soon to be yogis! I have developed my first series of yoga videos with focus on the core. There is a beginning level which is Video #1, an intermediate level which is Video #2, and an advanced level which is Video #3. You can do all 3, or start at the first one and progress through each one. They are each about 7 minutes so can be added to any program you may already be doing or used as a place to start. You choose!
I have to admit this project is pushing me way outside of my comfort zone. I would much rather write than video myself. Getting in front of a video camera is intimidating to me and then watching myself do yoga, even more humbling. But my hope is that my candid and unedited approach will help you feel as though you are right in the room with me.
My goal is not to be perfect, or beautiful or present my yoga flawlessly. Rather it is to make us feel like comrades in this journey of good health and well-being. So, without further ado, here are my 3 core yoga videos. Hope you enjoy them!
